Notre-dame de Laghet also nicknamed “little Lourdes of Nice” 

Located at more than 300 meters above sea level, near the ancient Via Aurélia, in the Eze region, Notre-Dame de Laghet is the high Marian site of the former county of Nice. From the 12th century, there is mention of a small chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Gradually disused, falling into ruin, it was restored in 1625 by Don Jacques FIGHIERA, priest of Éze. he provided service for more than 25 years. 

In the Nice Baroque style, it includes a rectangular nave measuring 8 meters by 12 meters. the entire decoration is polychrome, alternating imitations of white, green and pink marble. The two side chapels are dedicated to the patron saints of Carmel.

La turbie : 

La Turbie is historically located on a strategic crossing point. The events of the past have left admirable testimony to the commune: at the foot of the Trophée, the medieval village with picturesque cobbled streets and beautiful stone houses; outside the enclosure, the magnificent baroque Saint-Michel church (18th century), the Roman remains, the fountains...
